I had a scheduled appointment but waited approximately 45 minutes past check-in while other customers were assisted. I was told someone would be with me shortly, but there were no updates, and I had to cancel other appointments. The TPMS issue was resolved; however, I was charged a $200 diagnostic fee for what ultimately was a configuration issue related to the spare sensor, which did not feel fair given no component failure. This vehicle is a lease, and I would consider future Toyota service and leasing, but the overall service experience did not meet expectations.

Jessica was great and whomever checked me out (didn't catch his name) was great too, but the rest of your staff were all too busy to help while Jessica was on lunch. Thankfully that one dude was free and handled it. I didn't wait long, but had to go through a few people to get to someone who could help.

Charged $200 to even look at the issue, then called and said another $750+ more for “further diagnostics” into the issue (which of course did NOT go toward repair). Then unable to even give ballpark quote if they did figure out issue. Then proceeded to tell me if they broke the panels, they would not be liable due to “age of the car”. Only brought car here as I felt this was an issue that Toyota had likely had experience in as it’s a Toyota car. Was told by adviser they were unsure where motor of door was located? It’s a TOYOTA and you are a Toyota service center?? Ended up paying the $200 for it to be with you all for 3 days with no update until second day at 5pm. Took it today to be fixed elsewhere as soon as left your lot. Was given quote by other place within 3 hours with price to fix $1100. I will never return with any Toyota car we own again to this dealership for service (regular maintenance or otherwise). I had planned on buying a new car with cash soon and will take my business to another dealership. Not sure who in their right mind would agree to $1000 just for diagnostics?? With no ballpark figure on what it would cost for motor vs electrical. Will not recommend anyone to see you for service or to purchase a vehicle. Current tactics just seem a way to get more money for not actually doing anything.

Robert told me he would provide an update on my vehicle status before the shop closed, but that did not happen. I had to call the shop personally but still don’t get an answer until after the shop closed. Fortunately, I was able to pick up my vehicle through the sales department- on the completely opposite end of the dealership floor from the shop. Also, not entirely a big deal but my vehicle was parked nose in instead of nose out like the others and my light switch was turned to off instead of auto as I had it when I turned my vehicle in.
