I waited for over 30 minutes for an appointment (8:45am). There are 2 lines maybe make one for people who have an appointment. Also, the person who checked me in asked if it was my first time at Toyota. I have taken my car here over 8 years. Then I get a text that I missed my appointment. Please check your system. I had my car serviced!

I needed a tire replacement and couldn’t wait at the dealership because my husband was sick. Josh called and paid for Uber rides home and back to the dealership to get my car. The service was complete in two hours. Josh was understanding, friendly and professional. Thanks!

Hello, my service today was one of the worst services I recieved. I was quoted 3 hrs and never got an update on the car at any point. After the 3 hr mark I requested an update to which they said it would be longer. It was a total of 5 hrs. I never recieved the vehicle inspection report and was not alerted if there were any concerns with the vehicle. Communication is always key and this frustration could have been avoided with it.

Completely dissatisfied with the communication, lack of accountability, and lack of service and follow up. The system being utilized by this site for their communication just makes the customer go in circles. It is rare that I am able to speak to an actual human being, cause when I request that feature, it just rings and then goes to voicemail. I’ve been hung up on twice since I’ve attempted my comms Saturday afternoon. I understand that on Saturday my service provider left early, that’s okay, but there was no follow up or turnover to another individual on my vehicle so I’m left in the dry without my car

Mr. Q. Holt has been advising me as to the maintenance for my Camry for at least two decades. His advice has been spot-on adequate. Therefore, I am totally satisfied with the service on my vehicle. I had an appointment at 9:15am, and I had to wait an hour to dropoff my car. I received zero updates throughout the day. By the time it was nearing closing (after 4pm), I had to reach out multiple times to figure out if my car would be done. We didn’t receive a status update until 4:45pm, and it was still being wrapped up when I got there. It seems like my car was one of the very last of the day. Overall, a poor customer service experience for a very routine maintenance visit with an early morning appointment.

At check in the guy who check me in give me a bad attitude like I hate being here or hate my job cuz I ask nicely that if they can check everything in my truck because last time they don’t change it refill some things in my truck but he give me a bad attitude also the girl who did the paperwork when I pick up my truck she didn’t explain to me what things were made to my truck like other times they explain and tell me what it needs in the future she just give me the paper and give my keys and said your truck is over there
