Mr. Fogt, I brought my 2021 Toyota RAV4 in two days ago, 12/10, to check the charging system. Rosalina was my contact. My car was not charging “rapidly” (3 hours) like has and now would only charge at 8 amps (12 hours). Yesterday I received a text stating the car had been looked at, had no issues but it was not recommended to charge frequently “rapidly”. I asked (by text) if I could pick up my car. No answer. Left a voicemail, no answer. Today 12/11, at 2:50 pm I received this note. I’m sure you can see the “inspection report” in your records. “PLEASE REVIEW: Your MPI safety inspection report is ready! There are items that may require your review and approval to complete the repair process. My comments: My car has 25,000 miles. When checked online I see I should expect 30-60,000 miles on the tires that came with the car. (I have to check my records but these might not even be all original.) Further, I see tires should be replaced when tread is 2/32nds. The report I was given show FL5, FR4, RL4, RR3. So I am wondering why anyone would recommend replacing all four tires for $1,200? And then alignment and an air freshener which I did not request? Please explain.

First I waited over 25 minutes to check in. I watched as people came and went while I was still waiting for my service advisor, total waste of having an appointment. Second, when I come to pick the car up, my initial advisor was not there. Instead, Rosalinda assisted and honestly gave me the best service. She assisted in giving me a better deal with the coupons I brought in. Jessica was only going to use a coupon that gave me $3 but Rosalinda saw I qualified for a better coupon and I really appreciated that. I went out to get my car and noticed that my tires were not rotated AGAIN. This is the second time I’ve attended this dealership and it’s happened(last time was with Denise). Not only am I CHARGED, then the tires don’t get rotated. As someone who double checks and marks my tires I’m grateful as you all are taking advantage of people. Rosalinda did a great job to rectify it immediately. She said that the maintenance deemed I didn’t need it, told Jessica and she still put it on my bill. Actively knowing a service wasn’t going to be done and still charging the customer is greedy and unexceptional. I am considering leaving Toyota all together due to these issues. And to think I was going to sell you all my car!!! Utterly ridiculous - mind you Jessica came back from her lunch while all this was going down and never once apologized or came up to me.
