$69 to tell me me I need to replace lights that cost $5. The person knew the problem before checking me in and told me so when checking me out. Dishonest. Will never return.

Quick and Simple. The only downside is maybe the push to replace all four tires when only one needed to be replaced due to a bubble forming on it. Seems a little pushy but overall satisfied. I understand the safety reasons behind replacing the one tire but not all especially if the other tires were still good.

Unfortunately, this time, Toyota was ready to let me go with a slashed tire. I was disappointed because when I told them a light came on when I stated the car to leave which I didn’t have when I came for my service , they immediately said that I needed a new tire because they saw wires! So, how could they miss something like that. I was ready to go on the freeway, thanks God, I notice it before I left. At the end after I purchase the tire, I wanted to speak to a supervisor because I was concerned about the “way” they handle it. He was very nice and apologized to me. This is my third RAV4 and I’m happy; nevertheless, I was not-too-happy this time. I’m sorry I’m making a big deal, but for me it is. Thanks God everything is ok????
