I'm kinda bummed that the passenger seat was left all the way way leaned back. It's not a dealbreaker or anything; but after waiting 2+ hours for a scheduled maintenance, I just really wanted to go home. Also, no one let me know my car was ready. I was told someone would come and get me from the lounge when it was done. My phone was on silent. Had I not decided to make a phone call, I would not have seen the text message.

First day was a wait for 4 hrs to get a 10k service, a recall that did not need fixed and a low tire that I had to purchase a new one and come back to have it installed. 2nd day (today) took 2 hrs to change a tire!! Even after I told them I had an appointment at 1:30 and was told it should not take that long. At 1:50 I was driving off after I asked what was taking so long. So you made me very late for another appointment I had. Not a great service call..way to long to wait on both issues

I was satisfied with Luis’ help. He left after his shift and I had to ask if someone knew about my car. Rosalinda (?) said she would help as I had questions. She immediately went to ask the workers for answers and came straight back to explain what was going on and my options. She was not only helpful but she seemed to care about helping me out. I’m glad she was there!

Terrible service again, but I am sure NOBODY cares. Appointment time 3:00. Talked to an advisor at 3:23 to get a flat tire fixed. At 5:00 I got tired of waiting so I asked about my car and the advisor said I called you. He checked his phone and he called the wrong number and he never bothered to check the waiting room which I never left. If I didn't ask, I could have been there for several more hours. This is actually the third time this has happened to me at this dealership.
2 hours to fix a flat tire and nobody telling me my car is ready is awful customer service and I hope I never have to come back to this dealership and I will never ever buy a Toyota again.
