i told them i would be waiting for my car. luis told me 1.5 hour wait. after two hours i ask for an update but my car is still in line (with three cars in front of it) and luis was no where to be found. i walked to get food (no more than 20 min) when i came back my car was parked but i didn’t receive a text or phone call letting me know. i waiting for someone to help me and robert did. robert was awesome and very helpful. this took me almost 3 hours. i had an appointment and just had to wait around because there was no one at their desks. i understand it was short staffed and saturdays are extremely busy but there was no communication. they said it’s because it was labeled as a drop off but i told luis when i got there i would be in the waiting room.

In general, I'm quite satisfied with the work done, the friendliness of the staff and the interactions I have with them. However, on this visit my only gripe is that it took sooo long. I arrived at 7:08 for my 7:15 appointment and was checked in at 7:17. At that time, I was told it would be about 1 hr 15 min. My car was not ready until 9:47...double the time I was told to expect.
