Despite having an appointment I waited 30 minutes in my car before being helped. I waited an additional 30-45 minutes for a shuttle to my rental car. When I returned my rental car to the dealership I was hit by another car in the lot and I waited an additional an hour to receive any assistance from the service associates since apparently the majority of the staff was in a meeting the entire time. The Enterprise rental was unresponsive by phone and I had to drive myself there to deliver the information on the driver who hit me. I was charged an additional day of insurance for leaving the rental vehicle at the dealership. This whole department is inept and lacks all concern for delivering customer service. I will never return to this business after spending thousands of dollars over a 15 year period.

I was not happy with the service I got . I waited in the lobby more than 4 hours. The lady who help me was not very nice. I have to check multiple times if my car was ready. Finally I saw my car outside while I was waiting at the lobby and told them my was ready. Only then she helped me. Overall bad experience.

Very professional and went above and beyond to make sure my car was serviced as quickly as possible. He provided updates and made sure my family and I had a car while mine was being serviced. My Prius was brought in with the same problems that it was having several months previously. The dashboard did not light up, the backup camera did not work, etc. Mr Martinez claimed that none of those problems were recorded on the previous invoice, nor did they exist when I arrived for servie; even though he could clearly see that the dash was dark. When I stated that the hatchback would not open, he told me that the Prius hatchback did not open when the engine was running. I have been driving a Prius since 2008, so I know that this is not true. I wonder what else the dealership does not know about the Prius. Mr Martinez said that there was nothing wrong with the car except that it needed a new kind of circuit board behind the dash for $1600. This in no way would address the problems I have been having, that he all but chose to ignore and dismiss my claims. Now my Prius is having the same problem as it was previously.I will not return it to a dealership that doesn't listen to the customer, keep accurate records or have knowledge about my type of vehicle. The first time I brought it in, I spent a large amount of money, only to find that it did nothing to address the problem.
