Happy with Q’s help but..:I understood i payed for the top of the line service, and i payed 175$ to diagnose why when i tried to open the passenger door, i was not able to open by touching it handle like before.
I was charged to connect the cable that somehow got disconnected.
Not happy.

Like I mentioned to Jessica, the person who called me (Sara) said my appointment time was 12. At no time did she say it was first come first served. I waited 45 minutes in the cue to be helped and I was late to another appointment due to lack of information. I would've have no problem waiting if that was explained to me but it wasn't. I didn't even need an appointment they told me because that doesn't help you with anything is what another employee told me. Hope this is explained to other customers. Thank you.
