Somebody directed me to wait in a different line, and then forgot about me, meanwhile other people got there after me and got in front of me. And because of that I wasn't able to catch the shuttle.

I was told my tires were at 3 common but not a 10 like they were when they were new. The tires have 80000 mile warranty. I only have 30000 on the tires and I was very upset. I was also told I should get an alignment every year! The tires are not wearing unevenly however, they are wearing equally. They have a warranty so I cannot purchase new tires threw you as it was suggested

The knob securing the driver’s side floormat seems to have broken off (I believe at car wash). I mentioned it specifically and questioned again when I got the car back. Before I left the lot I noticed it hadn’t been fixed but had an appt and couldn’t go back to the svc dept. at that time.
