Jessica was awesome. Very kind and professional. She listened to my concerns and took my car in right away. Had it back in about 1 1/2hrs. Norm Reeves Toyota did an amazing job on fixing my door and doing an update on my screen. Will definitely be back!

I tried 5 times to get in touch with the service department, at first to ask them to check on my wipers and replace if necessary, then just to see if it was ready for pick up. Not only did I never receive notification my car was ready (I eventually just went because it had been hours), but when I got there the wipers had in fact been flagged but had to wait longer for them to replace them. Left 1 voice mail, sent 3 texts and requested a call back, none of which were returned. Really bad service.
