We liked our experience but we were disappointed by one thing. We had a full detail done to clean our car but also because we had rats in the engine bay. When we got home we noticed there is still nesting material in the engine bay so it wasn’t fully cleaned out

I had an appointment at 10:30 and my service advisor didn’t come to my car until 10:45. My boyfriend brought his car in & his appointment was at 10:45, he was the car right behind me. He was met by a service provider almost instantly and then had to wait 15 more minutes until I was seen even though my car was before his & he had a later appointment. It feels like this happens almost every time I come in & it’s very frustrating.

I got an alert saying to exit maintenance mode, hit ok. I hit ok and came back. I hit ok again and it came back. It wouldn’t play music.
I then had to get home and join a call.
Now my audio won’t play. It keeps looking like it’s going to prompt a message and then shuts off.
I’ve called 5 times, left 3 messages. I still havent gotten a reply.

At 4 PM they texted asking if they can hold the car over. We responded shortly after saying yes but we need alternative transportation with no response back via text. I tried calling multiple times over the next few hours unable to get a hold of a single human being. Just kept getting automated text message back. Nobody’s responding to them not knowing what to do. I had to run (physically) to the dealership to find out my service advisor had left without getting a styled in luckily somebody there was able to get me an Uber home and Uber were back in the morning. Nobody called me the next day to let me know that the vehicle was ready. Nobody answered phone calls or text messages throughout the next day so again I physically ran over to the dealership to find out my car was “ready”. The paperwork said that they drove my vehicle multiple times and could not duplicate. The concern. Also said there was no fault stored. I find it hard to believe with multiple issues and warning displayed for safety features. Their drives must’ve been very unique as the mileage in and the mileage out was identical so I’m not really sure how they drove the vehicle several times must’ve been only a few inches. On my drive home from the dealership all of the warnings came right back on.
I was also quoted $350 for our maintenance and when I went to pay my bill, it was magically $450. The assisting service advisor was kind enough to correct the charges since my quoted invoice was signed at 350 but no mention that it was gonna be $100 more and it seemed like you were just trying to slide it in.
Prior to the service visit, my wife called to get it checked out when the warnings were on, and they said if the warnings were not currently on, there is nothing they could do to help us, also not true. DTC store errors regardless if currently present.

I spent approx 30 min to get out of my vehicle and get checked in. It took another 2 hours to learn that the dealership could not remedy the recall issue without purchasing parts, then another hour and fifteen minutes to get my car back. I understand that there were underlying issues with my car, but it would have been nice to get out of there in an hour or so instead of waiting for the entire morning.
