Q was fine. My car was in for an oil change. Q found additional recalls that he took care of. When I returned 7 hours later and paid for my service. I went to my car and found the maintenance button had not been reset. I went back in and it was determined the oil change was never completed!! I waited an additional 20-30 minutes and I can only assume the oil change was completed. I should have been offered a free oil change at the very least but left with a very bad taste.
