I was told it should take 1hr to 99 minutes and a half to complete my regular service. It 4 hours, even after I made known I needed to pick up my kids at school (had to make separate arrangements for that). My vehicle was finally "ready" because I sought out the help of a random advisor, since mine was put at lunch.

After reviewing report and comparing it to the comments I have received from adviser , I’m still confused if all services were provided or everything was listed on the report usually included. This service was scheduled for 20,000 ml, but I only have 12,00 , so maybe it created some confusion.
Regardless of that, I’m still not sure if oil change and tires rotation was performed, since advisor told me:” It’s still on the yellow and you will get oil change next time “

Overall, the service was very good. The mechanics tested an area of concern and found that replacing an expensive part wasn't necessary. I appreciate that! I also received my car back when promised. My only concern was that when I checked in, I didn't receive a quote or ANY paperwork and no one told me that updates would be sent to me via email. I just happened to check and found them. Likewise, the final summary emailed to me was hard to understand. Finally, no courtesy shuttle!

Really bad customer service follow up. No one ever picks up the phone when you call or calls you back, every day I had to leave messages and texts and not once did I ever hear back from the person in charge of my service, which was Q Holt. It was like pulling teeth to get any sort of status or update on my car the 6 days it was there. Jessica Herrerías was better at assisting me.

I had to wait 2?1/2 hours for a shuttle to take me home. I was promised my car would be ready that day (it was being detailed). I got a call at 3 pm telling me that it wouldn’t be ready until the following morning. The next morning, I called and was told it would be ready be 1:30. At 2, I finally told them to just keep it until today. They called and said the shuttle would be here in15 minutes and it came in 2. I wasn’t ready! Everything was so disorganized. I have never experienced service as bad as this! Having to wait 2 1/2 hours for the shuttle at the dealership was ridiculous. As you can tell from my comments, I am not a happy customer??
