Came in the service for an appointment, employee put a yellow number 6 cone on our vehicle and all employees were skipping our vehicle and not checking up in! We were probably waiting for over 30 min for someone to start noticing! Horrible customer service in the service department.

I arrived to pick up my Rav4 today (Saturday) and there was no one there to help me. I wasn’t the only one, the were several customers confused why no one was helping. Service agents would just walk by and not say a word. Richard Pimplun was a first class horses ****. He was more focused on eating his Pollo Loco burrito than helping. He was very disdainful when I asked if he could help. He told me to wait outside. Terrible. I will post this to all social media outlets I can. Richard Barr helped me instead and I was so appreciative. He was good. Richard Pumplun needs to eat his burrito in the lunch room. He gets a failure for customer service.
