Falsified document saying my tires were rotated; but the work was never done even if my car is still covered under the warranty. John Bautista stated that the front tires have lesser tread. (More reason for the tires to be rotated as a camry is Front wheel drive, tell me I’m wrong) and he also stated that because I did not opt in to buy the brand new tires that is why they didn’t bother to rotate my current tires. Very disappointed with this service. Dishonest and very disappointing. To top everything off: the Technician also lost my wheel lock key inside its case that I showed John Bautista before exiting my car for the commencement of the 40kmileage maintenance. Definitely want to hear from the higher chain of command. Call me ASAP ****-****-xxxx.

All good but diagnostic to see what was wrong took too long. I was there four hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and analysis of why the engine was knocking. It was only that it was low on oil, it doesn't seem like it should've taken four hours to figure that out.
