Great service. One minor issue was a valve stem plastic cap was missing after the service. I only noticed because I had purchased silver caps for all 4 tires instead of the regular black. Other than that, no other issues. John was pleasant and nice.

Denise is a good service writer. My only suggestion is NAME PLATES! How are we supposed to find our service writer when we don’t know them by sight & only their business cards are visible?

Your service advisors were okay, but the wait was extremely long (almost 4 hours despite having an appointment). When I was called over to complete payment (with a different writer than my initial one), the service writer was interrupted by another staff member who told him that another customer he worked with hadn’t paid. While I understand that’s a serious issue to be resolved, it’s not something that needed to be said in front of me (a customer). Also, at the end, I think there’s an opportunity for improvement. After my car was done and the service was paid for, I was told my car was “somewhere over there, and if not there, it’s probably by the flagpole”. I would expect that someone would walk me to my car and more closely review the work that was done to ensure I’m fully aware and satisfied with the service before I leave. I had to click the lock/unlock buttons on my key fob to find out where my car was and inspect the car myself to ensure my spare tire was put back, etc. Overall, I would expect more from an established dealership and service center.

Denise's phone number led me to some one else, Travis. I left several messages at her/his number. I tried to set up a shuttle pick up to no avail since the call to Denise was redirected to Travis. I had to ask a neighbor for to drive me back to get my car. I tried calling the main number to talk to someone about the problem but NEVER got a human to talk to. This is the opposite of the standard of care and quality designed with intelligence hay I have come to expect from Toyota.
