Your communication system is not set up for a person with a flip phone! When we called in to see if our car was ready no one answered the call and we couldn’t leave a message. We were instructed to leave a text. Flip phones do not have keyboards! My wife is typing this comment on her iPhone. She was not available today to help me.
Otherwise the service was very good.
