MY TIRE ROTATIONS FOR MY INSURANCE WAS CANCELLED BECAUSE MY FRONT 2 TIRES ARE WORN. I TOLD THE MAINTAINER TO WAIT BECAUSE I HAVE TO SEE MY FINANCE IF I COULD AFFORD 2 NEW TIRES. HOWEVER, SINCE SHE HAVE TO GO TO LUNCH, SHE FINISHED THE CLAIM THEREFORE I COULDNT GET MY ROTATIONS THAT WAS INCLUDED IN MY PACKAGE. SO, SHE WANTED ME TO GET NEW TIRES AND PAY FOR A ROTATION THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE IN PACKAGE. THIS IS UNSAT

When I got my new Sienna 2024 that I bought 1 month ago at Norm Reeves Toyota from Service department, 1 physical key from the key fob is missing. Talked to the advisor and he said the technician only saw 1 physical key. This is a brand new van and I never remove the physical key from the key fob. Now I’m waiting new parts to fix the middle seat in my brand new Sienna 2024 and a physical key is missing after I brought it in for service.
Will Norm Reeves provide a second physical key to my 2024 Sienna?
