Very uncommunicative. Wouldn't respond to my texts and emails. I tried calling multiple times and no one answers the phone. Wouldn't give me updates on my car. Was originally told it would be done same day and took 3. Didn't give me a multipoint inspection report. Overall bad service.

I came in to get my tires replaced and my regular service for my car. After getting check-in my service provider Louis informed me it would take 2 hour, and I told him I would wait at the dealership for my car. Louis never came and spoke to me about my car while I was there, instead I received a txt stating the recommendations for my car. On the recommendations it did not state I needed an oil change. After waiting 3 hours, I decided to find someone to give me an update, because I noticed my car was parked in the spots where cars that are ready normally are. Someone was able to help me, and get me my keys. When I got to my car my maintenance light was on, and when I asked the person who gave me my keys about it. He was able to come out and check my car, and even asked if they did an oil change. Which I told him no one talked to me about my car, and the text I received didn’t say anything about needing an oil change. He checked my oil and said that I was definitely overdue for one and that should have been caught. For the record he was very nice and gave me my oil change for free. He did state that my car would need to be there for another hour 1/2, so I decided to Uber home. When I arrived back to the dealership to get my car, Louis was the one that helped me. He did apologize and said that he had left for an appointment and that’s why no one talked to me. I think my biggest worry about the situation is your dealership states they do a check of the whole car when it comes in, but that’s clearly not true, since your team didn’t even look why I had a maintenance light on or checked the oil on my car. Which makes me wonder what else you miss when you bring your car here. My family won’t be coming back to this dealership, we have had nothing but issues here. Your team does not communicate properly and you clearly overbook appointments making it hard to track your customers.
