Extremely disappointed! Brought my car in for an easy fix (replacement of window track molding) that had been diagnosed at another Toyota dealership as my car is brand new and under warranty. I was not called by the service advisor, Luis Marquez, (although he said he called me) and was texted that my car was ready. Upon pick up, I learned that the issue had not been detected and nothing had been done. There was no one available at pick up for me to get any answers. The issue still persists and I will have it resolved elsewhere. This is not the kind of service I expect from a Toyota dealership and I will never return to Norm Reeves. Instead, I’ll travel fifteen miles to Mossy Toyota.
