Had new front breaks installed. The vehicle pressure warning light stays on. Made appointment to bring my truck inn Monday morning. Pressure on all four tires are at 38 psi.

Not Robert’s fault. Just have techs who wrongly diagnosed an issue and still billed me on 2 different invoices for labor. Should have been 30 minutes tops if they had the right procedures/training in place. The 2 charges not the invoices should have been taking off first then the coupon discount applied. Make this right service department. Robert very good with communication

My wife, Tammy Eastley, was there this morning for an 8 AM appointment. The appointment was for the first 5000 mile service, oil top off, and obtaining a second key fob. She was there for 4 1/2 hours. After about four hours, she checked with Service and they said programming the key fob will take more time at least another 30 minutes. According to my research, it should take a maximum of 30 minutes. Regardless, she checked again at 12:15 PM with Toyota personnel and they found the key fob and the paperwork just sitting on John Bautista's desk/finished. However, John Bautista was nowhere to be found. Please provide better and more proactive communication and better customer service.
