I first went to your dealership in July 2023 to see if my GPS system could be upgraded. I was told the part had to be backordered. After a couple of months, with no communication, I called Luis. I didn't receive a return phone call, so every few months I would call again, and twice I responded to text messages from him (about bringing my car in for maintenance). None of my phone calls or text messages were responded to. I finally reached Luis last week, and he told me the backordered software had come in the day prior. I made an appointment to bring my car in, but after trying to update my system was told it wouldn't work and that my car wasn't supported anymore. You had my money for seven months, but I did receive a refund on the spot. I am not impressed by the customer service I received, and probably won't be returning.
