My appointment time was at 12pm and I arrived a bit early. My car was not taken back/checked in for work until nearly two hours later. My car was finally ready at 3pm. What is the point of having an appointment scheduled when your car isn’t even looked at for several hours?? I was originally told 2 hours (so done by 2pm), which still seems a bit long when your service work is an hour for install. It’s frustrating to have to wait such a long time with an appointment time. I understand that it doesn’t take 5 minutes, but the fact that my car wasn’t even checked in for work until 2 hours past the appointment time is ridiculous.

This was my first visit at this particular dealership because of Costco. I showed up at 108 for my 115 appointment. I was told because I requested to have my break fluids replaced along with my usual vehicle maintenance. It would take about two hours. I agreed and said ok. 2 hours later my vehicle was not ready. I was ok waiting for a little bit so they could "get it right" 4PM came and I was informed my vehicle would be ready in a few minutes. I checked again at 430 and again at 445. At 5 I noticed everyone was leaving and finally I got a phone call at 528 from a lady. Not Luis... I asked where's Luis? She said he went home but my car was now ready. As a first impression for this place. I am completely disappointed. I wanted to like the place but I guess I will not becoming back for service.
