I spoke with Rachel in the call center at 8:30am this morning to get my vehicle in to service due to a dead battery. She was very helpful & friendly & was able to give me a service appointment at 9am. Rosilina was very kind, professional & helpful as well with each & every phone call and answered all my questions directly. I was informed that all service tests were done to my Corolla & was informed that it a needed a new battery at cost. My only surprise & concern is that my vehicle is only 4 yrs old, (bought 6 months ago) that it needed a brand new battery already but was told that it was due to wear & tear. I still feel that a 4 yr old battery isn’t very old not to mention my low mileage. I had a great experience otherwise. It was an unsuspected expensive day afterall but surely want & need my car on a daily. Very impressed with the shuttle service! Thank you so very much!!

I asked the service advisor to have them remove all names and phone numbers from the vehicle and add my phone number and my son‘s phone number but that was not done. I appreciate the oil change and the air filter and the cabin filter but I had hoped to have this Accomplished by someone who could do it quickly. I did get the names removed, but I am having trouble getting the new names added.
