The service we received was excellent. I can’t say I was super thrilled that we have to drive the car for a week before they do the new installation of the alarm but I guess it’s procedure and they have to make sure that it is in fact the alarm. Everybody at Norm Reeves was very professional. The driver who took me home after I dropped my car was courteous and a very good driver. My only negative experience was when I called to be picked up. The receptionist (I believe her name is Natalie) was not professional and left me on hold for over 20 minutes. That was unsatisfactory. Fortunately, somebody called me back. Overall it was a very positive experience and the Norm Reeves service team are very professional.

No updates and constantly givin the run around/ghosted. Took the lemon you guys sold Me in for service with a full tank and left with half tank. After spending 25$ a day on a rental car and dealing with nothing but BS. Thanks won’t be coming back after the trucks finally fixed.

My service advisor, Mr. Q forgot about the paperwork of showing the multi-inspection points with actual paper as a receipt. Last time, when I did 45,000 miles service, Mr. Robert or Ms. Karina did a superb job providing an actual paper with receipt. I assumed Mr. Q followed up the paperwork, evidently he really forgot. In addition, I assumed the mechanic did the engine oil change with filter my 50,000 mile service, but they didn’t! Otherwise, I might end up extra money for oil change later on! They were to do the engine oil change every 5000 miles service no matter what!

Q has poor communication skills. I tried numerous times to call and text at the number provided with questions as I was told via the report that the car battery was dead. He did not pick up for over 4 hours. Gave no explanation as to why I needed certain things done.
