My car was sitting in the parking lot. Asked a representative for help. My advisor was busy. Rep couldn’t tell me how long it had been ready. Also the seat, steering wheel and all mirrors moved and auto light switch moved. Seems like a lot of disturbance to a vehicle for a short ride into the bay and back.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Service representatives not helpful, one seemed annoyed and had a confrontational demeanor. Do they realize that their job is working with customers? A simple “how can I help “ would have been better.
I know I have choices of where to go and I won’t be going to back to this location, even after I have purchased two vehicles from there.
