There is no point in having an appointment if you have to wait 3 hours for a routine service. Your team should not book “appointments” if you don’t have time to complete them in a timely manner and/or customers should be notified ahead of time if a long wait for an “appointment” is expected so they can arrange other options/ plan to leave their car ect.
