I brought my car in for an oil change, and the person tried to upsell my service with a tire rotation, I inquired if that was included in the price of the oil change service, then I was told it was an additional charge almost doubling the cost of the oil change service. Then I received a texted that I needed my battery and filter replaced raising the quote to over $500. I declined all of the additional recommendations. I went to Auto Zone after picking up my vehicle and replaced my battery and filter, saving over
$250. This degree of overcharging is unacceptable. I have been a loyal customer for over 12 years, I will no longer continue to bring my cars to your dealership for maintenence and services. I intend to document my experience on yelp.
I also had to remind the person to apply the AAA discount before paying.
