I showed up at 8am this morning with no appointment. I was told when handing my keys over that my car would take about 1 hour and 15 mins. I received a text stating my car was ready to come home at 9:50am. I waited 15 mins before walking up to speak to my Advisor Karina. She told me my car was not ready and I needed to wait in the waiting room and someone would come out to get me when my car was ready. I waited till almost 11am before walking up again to speak to Karina. I let her know I saw my car outside and looked like it might be finished. She told me can you see all this paperwork , referring to all the other customers waiting/ cars getting worked on. I mentioned to her I just wanted to check in again on my car since it seemed to be finished and it had been almost 3 hours since I dropped my car off. She ended up grabbing my paperwork and going over everything with me. I’m not a huge fan how she got frustrated with me just because I wanted to check on my car status since I’m receiving a text message that my car was ready. And , following up again after waiting additional hour in the waiting room for someone to come get me that never came. Their was zero respect for my time. Do you think this was good customer service?

The young girl that greeted me for my appointment. Service was not very friendly. I waited for 20 minutes and nobody came back to me with an update. I had to go back up to the young greeter and told her nobody came out. She never followed up with the service writer. I was very frustrated after 25 minutes of no contact. I left my key in my car with the young greeter telling her I wasn’t waiting any longer that my ride was there waiting. There was no charge because I have the Toyota care program. I came in for my second service with my new Camry. I was very disappointed in my service. But I absolutely enjoyed my service writer. She is very sweet and kind and was very apologetic for the long wait. I have worked in the car dealership business before and this was definitely not good service. You need to greet your customers immediately and keep them updated. You definitely need to work on an improve your greeting and the wait time for your service writers to get to your client on time. Simone your new service writer once again was very pleasant and was very informative on my car. Thank you for your new employees kindness. Thank you Tara Kinnaird
