Simona’s service was outstanding. She was courteous and kept my wife and I informed on the status of the maintenance service. She brought to our attention that cabin air filters needed to be replaced. She also notified us when our car was ready to be picked up. Keep up the great work!

It was the worst customer service experience I have ever had at Toyota. I never even spoke to my service advisor, I was handed off, ignored, left on hold for nearly 20 minutes. It took 3 hours to get a shuttle ride back because my voice mail and follow up texts went unanswered. I was only able to get a shuttle because I spoke to the service manager. I am requesting a different service advisor be assigned to my account for any future appointments.

Setup an appointment at 11am got there a 15 min prior. Q was overall good told me car would be ready at 3:30pm and would notify me when car was ready. Never got an update at so went at 4:30pm and car wasn’t even ready. Q did not notify me that the tire had a nail and had to be replaced. I waited an additional hour just to get my tire swapped. It’s pretty funny because prior to taking it to get serviced I put air in my tire and the tire pressure went away. I drove it from Miramar to norm reeves. Without the light coming on. Didn’t get the notification that my car was ready until I left the dealership in my car. Need some better communication at this dealership.

I hated every single minute I had to spend there. First of all my appointment was at 10, Rosalina took forever to come. I usually take my car to the Toyota at Lemon grove and a technician always helps me right away. Second of all, she was not really friendly. Then I asked about the lift and she said they could drop me somewhere but I’d have to come back on my own. That’s a first, never encountered this at any other dealerships. She then said the transfer would be arriving soon. 30 minutes and nothing, I went to ask her and she said: I just called the guy and he is 10 minutes away. After another 30 minutes the guy was still not there. Every single time I had to talk to that lady she was never friendly. The worst part is that my name was wrong and I asked her to fix it. Whenever I came back to get the car I noticed that the name was not fixed on the invoice, they literally just used a pen to write my real name on the side. I then asked again for them to fix it, the guy that was assisting me had the audacity to say that it could just get fixed on my next visit, that’s such a ****. I started to complain a lot because at the end of the day I just bought a new battery for my car that could last up to 7 years, should I really have to take home a document that I would have to keep for that long with a wrong name? At the end of the day that is a document that I might need for some reason in the future and how would I just present it with a scratch on the wrong name? Then people could just say that I modified the document and I was a liar. Anyway, horrible service, horrible everything. My car is making a noise btw and it wasn’t before, after reading so many bad reviews after leaving the place I’m even concerned that they messed something up! Will never be back and never recommend to anyone.
