I have been your customer for 16 years. I bought 2 new cars from you and I spent more than 40 thousand dollars. Your representative told me that I was not entitled to a free tire rotation. I was also told later that new tires were needed.
Given how you treated me I am now super tired of your poor service, because this is not the first time you do the same to me, a person who spent 40 thousand dollars in your place. I am now really done with you. I will buy the tires (if they are really needed...) elsewhere and I will also do the service elsewhere. And, more importantly, when I buy a new Toyota car I will also do elsewhere. You do not deserve my business, given the fact that you have this "cheap" attitude. Goodbye. Luciano D
