This service was fine. The reason for it was not. We purchased the car from this dealer (Norm Reeves Toyota) approximately a month ago and we have been noticing oil leaks and other issues since then. When we brought it in for service yesterday they found that **the oil cap was missing**. So we drove around for a month with no oil cap, and oil was distributed throughout the engine compartment. We were very pleased with our purchase of this car but extremely disappointed in this situation.

Luis advised I needed to replace a tire as it was not repairable. I gave him the go ahead to replace the tire. I was not aware that one tire would cost me $341.00. That is likely not the best price; I would have gone to Discount Tire and had them do
It there. I have texted Luis twice regarding the tire and he has not responded. W Holtz has been my service guy for over 20 years so I reached out to him earlier this evening. I would like a follow up here as I was shocked when I looked at the receipt.
