I was week taken care of during this full day maintenence on my vehicle. Q was a true professional. Thank you too the maintenence team and a special thank you to the shuttle driver who was able to drive me home and back to the dealership once my vehicle was ready.

The cost of the service was far more than we anticipated and were not informed beforehand. Also we dropped off our car around 8am and were never told when it would be ready. I had to call at 2 to check and we were told it was ready for pick up. If we didn’t call and check, I don’t know how long we would have had to wait. This was the worst service we’ve had so far here when previous visits were great.

I requested your team to check & fix the reoccurring tire pressure light that comes on often. I check the pressure and it is always spot on. You can read my texts, mentioning it to Richard, then to Luis, and also when I dropped off the car. Luis quoted over $1k to have all 4 tire sensors replaced, but then said the tech checked and the electronics were working perfectly! That doesn't answer why the light comes on often when the pressure measures perfect each time. The next day I drove about 15 miles, when I arrived home that tire light came back on!! I was confused and upset that your team couldn't or wouldn't fix the problem! That evening I watched a YouTube video based on a similar year Matrix, he gave easy instructions on how to reset the tire pressure sensor, I tried it and that light hasn't come on since. I certainly hope that video really fixes the safety issue... I'd hate to have a flat and not know about it. I'm just glad I didn't pay $1K to fix this!!

I bought a new 4Runner from Norm Reeves Toyota and was pressured into buying a maintenance policy that would cover "EVERYTHING". Recently, I received alerts in the Toyota that an oil change is "REQUIRED". I used the Toyota app to an an appointment to have the oil and oil filter changed. There was a few choices for service, but I made sure that I choose the Oil and Oil filter change selection for the appointment.
When I arrived for the appointment, I met with Karina Villatoro and she advised me that the oil change was not required until 10,00 miles. I advised her that the vehicle alert said it needed to be changed at 5,000 miles. She refused to do the oil change and they simply rotated the tires and checked the fluids.
I disagree because I know on a new engine, the first oil change needs to be completed within 3,000 to 5,000 miles. (Also, If this is not correct, then why did the vehicle give me an alert at 5,000 miles? Why is there a choice for the appointment for an Oil change?)
There was no reasoning with the Associate and I did not appreciate her strong condescending attitude she displayed towards me.
I feel that this appointment was a complete waste of my time and I did not get the required scheduled service completed as directed by Toyota. Additionally, Even though I paid a very high price for a maintenance policy, I now have to take it somewhere else to have it serviced to maintain the warranty.
I am very disappointed with Norm Reeves Toyota !
