Apparently the previous service was not done correctly. Robert and the mechanic that he worked with to discover and fix the problem were completely honest about this, which has enhanced my trust in your service department.

I was told I was due for a brake fluid flush. I elected not to do it. I looked at the fluid when I got home and it was a clear yellowish color. From what I understand this is relatively clean fluid. There was no pressure from the service person but I felt like I was trying to be upsold service. I bought the car at norm reeves so my intention was to do service there. I will most likely come back as everything else about the service was fine and so has previous service, but it effects the trust factor when something is recommended. I also was told I could use a throttle cleaning. No way for me to look at this without taking things apart,but everything I have read appears that 35k seems to be really early to need something like this.
