I came back to your dealership to buy another car within 2plus years of buying my first Toyota. The surveys and all that are the thing that I am not enjoying. I found that the email from Charlie Sears informative but there are surveys from my purchase, there are emails reminding me of appts, there are emails from Carfax, and reminders to fill out surveys that it’s a bit much. I even had a call from a Customer Relations Manager- I love the car, my sales guy is awesome, the staff there answers my questions (I visited the dealership about 6 weeks in a row to learn about the car I eventually leased. If I didn’t like the dealership and the customer service I would not have come back.

Whole lot of upselling going on today. I asked for an oil change and a multi-point inspection but got charged for an oil change and a break cleaning. I’m pretty sure Q was trying to make his monthly quota because he tried to upsell almost 3K worth of service. I will not be going back here.
