I arrived 10 minutes before my appt time a the service center and I did not receive / get helped until almost over 45 minutes later. Other workers would let me know 30 minutes in oh have you been helped and I would say no and they would say sorry he’ll be right out and he never got out to the point where I just got out of my car and then someone came to help. I just don’t understand why it had to take so long when I had an appointment all to provide them with a signature and to let me know the car would be there for almost the hold day (mind you my appt was at 1015 and they close at 5) I didn’t say anything or complain to anyone while I was there bcuz it was a Saturday and I could see it was busy but I still found the experience very annoying and as it was approaching close to 5 I had not gotten any message about my car being ready so I called where 3 different people had to talk to me before someone letting me know that it was ready. I don’t want to say it was anyones fault in particular but I wish as a team things could have gone smoother if all they needed from me in regards to leaving the car there was to sign and confirm what it was my car was there for servicing especially after having to wait almost an hour just for that.

I met Simona for the first time today. I was worried when I got to your car dealer because I did not have an appointment , my car needed attention urgently and I was not sure I would get help. Simona got out to meet me and immediately put me at ease . She was professional but at the same time warm and gracious. She is the kind of person I would love to deal with every time I have to service my car.
