Not only did she promptly assist me, but she also thoroughly inspected my car and clearly explained any additional services it needed. Her professionalism made my visit exceptionally smooth. Toyota has the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced. The battery filters on my hybrid are a cornerstone to the vehicles health. I explained that we do a lot of dusty camping and have a pet who sheds excessively. I was informed that would not be checked in the ‘multi-point inspection’ and that happens at 15k miles. I drive 5k miles a year so doing the math you’re not checking that for 3 more years? I was met with a happy ‘you can pay an extra $450 for that.’ Had I known this is how customers are treated I would have never bought Toyota. Feels like nobody cares or understands that people have different circumstances that extend beyond the ‘milage.’ Thanks guys!!

Took 2.5hrs to get my tired rotated and fluids topped off when I had at appointment at 4pm. It was 5:30 when I asked for an update and my car hadn’t even been taken back to be worked on yet. I guess there was only 2 technicians that day but it would’ve been nice to know they were running behind. I could’ve gone home since it was taking extra long instead of sitting there unexpectedly for so long but no one told me they were short today and behind and wait times were longer than usual. Especially when it was such a short service being done. Makes it frustrating when you have an appointment and your car hasn’t even been worked on 1.5hrs later. Wasting the customers time. I would’ve gladly even left with my car and came back later if needed.

The workmanship was excellent. Car engine looks great . Only one complaint I have is the communication between the service managers. I could only text and when I called to talk I would get sent to text . Not sure if that’s what your company is going too but it ****. When I did get ahold of Luis he would say it’s getting worked on and it be done in a couple days . He said that once on phone and once on text. The car was there for 11 days. Again, maybe not anyones fault on communication but a phone call or two to just let me know ANYTHING about what’s going on with my car would of been nice. So in short, workmanship excellent ????????. Communication skills poor ????????

I came in for an appointment on Friday 6/21 and was turned away because the painter hadn't been informed i was coming. Had to reschedule for a week later. I understand it's not any one persons fault, and mistakes happen, but it's mighty inconvenient when you take time off work for the appointment, assuming you will be without a car for an extended period of time, etc.

I delt with an employee today that spoke incredibly fast and attempted to pressure sale me into buying new tires. I was there for a rotation, and they said that they could not do the rotation because Toyota would not allow for bald tires to be rotated. My tires are not bald, they still have tred on them. I bought the car as a lease buy out, with the excessive wear plan. At the time of the lease I was told that the excessive wear plan covers the tires, which would then prevent the customer from being charged for new tires if they did not buy the lease. I went to Discount Tire after to confirm. They explained my tires were not bald. I believe that this employee was attempting to pressure sale me into buying new tires. She spoke incredibly fast and was causing me stress. I left disappointed as I had to drive 60 miles to learn that my car couldn't be serviced because of some made up policy.
