Oil change took all day. Tried calling hard to get a hold of a voice. Left a few messages. Also we tried to use a discount card which was given to us from Toyota San Diego and was told it was no good. Just no follow up there like it used to. What a shame we’ve been going there since Rose Toyota!

After receiving truck back, front end shakes when braking going downhill. This is after brake inspection, adjustment, lower control arms and wheel alignment. Truck did not show this behaviour before service call. This happened within a week of service.
