In that place there is not any kind of communication of what is going on. They are not polite with their customer and they don’t follow up with you .My adviser I asked him about the shuttle and he told me to go inside and wait . I waited for over 30 minutes and he never checked on me. I had to go and see where the shuttle was. Awful service .When I went to pay this guy was really rude and when I was asking question he just told me ‘ I am just going over what they found!’. No smile no customer service . Temecula 100 time better service .

When I bought the car a few months ago there was a cargo net in the back of the car in a package. I assume it came with the car. I tried to install it and it seemed to be the wrong size or I didn’t know how to put it incorrectly. I showed it to the service person, told him about it and ask him to look into it for me and either replace it or put it in for me. When I picked up the car, it was sitting in the front seat. Nothing had been done with it.
