I had a 9AM appointment, we did not get checked in until 9:45. When we asked one of the service advisors why everyone else was getting helped and moved and we were still the only ones that had to sites as long as we did, he advised us that they only had one service advisor checking in oil changes. That seems to be an odd system to me. We had a coupon and were trying to save money, that backfired really quick when we had to wait that long. Then our car took EXACTLY 2 hours to get done.

Very unhappy. Advisor told me my car may be fixed Saturday, then he took off and no one did anything. No one returned calls. No one ordered parts. I could not get any info from anyone Saturday. Monday I could not get a call back. No response to texts or calls. Even calls to sales were not relayed to the service manager. No human answered the phone. It was awful. Advisor finally ordered parts then after they were installed he identified another problem after already charging me a 190 diagnosis charge. So he kept my car another day. No regard for me. No communication. Such disrespect by the entire service system. It’s a neat trick to hide the service manager. His name isn’t on his office. Can’t reach him by phone or after you guys texted asking me what I needed. After buying cars there for decades and getting all of our family cars serviced there I am done. I will be yelping. For shame norm reeves.

I am dissatisfied with the service I received because why was I made to pay nearly $300 for a problem that I already knew the solution to (my vehicle needed a new compressor) but was told to recharge my A/C, and could’ve save me some time by letting me know that the part was not available to fix my car’s A/C. I kindly ask for a refund for this service or else I’ll send this complaint to corporate. Thank you.

I had the door edge guard replaced on the driver door due to damage from dealership prior to purchase to fulfill a due bill. The bottom edge is not secure and was miscommunicated as a defect of the door and not the product. The driver door edge guard is also longer than the passenger dooredge guard.
