10,000 mile service - Simona was great, but when I complained about fuel consumption/range, now as low as 430 miles on a full tank (41 MPG)! I was put onto her boss/manager(?) and after I told him my concerns he pretty much blew me off saying it’s “how I drive, others have had the same issues and it is “normal” for the 2024 Prius”! This is ****! Also, they could “not rotate the tires” as they could not find the wheel lock. I later found it in its location in the rear storage. I bought this car here by and overpaid for it. If I still have it in 3 months I will definitely not be bringing back here! Yours, not a happy customer

I didnt like the lack of conversation regarding my vehicle & although I didnt have an appointment, Ive been a customer, I dont believe I got a comp- rental car, I was told I felt in error that I got a discount, hmmm, I had to put down 72.00 for insurance an my car which had to stay an extra day after being told last minute in the begining that you would need to keep my car over a weekend which I went without a car. Not a great.experience this time around total 1300 -200 because I was pist off, had to pay a mortgage plus Hoa. All n all car rides great, I feel the difference. My horn doesnt work.

I have a 2023 bz4x and went for a winshield repair first i got the appointment at 7 and guy that does that arrives at 10:30 after the repair the winshield looks ugly and didnt fix it right i spend half of my day for nothing work look ugly and its going to still cracking but well

Only complaint was that when I came to pickup my vehicle, there was not anywhere apparent to check in and it took a while for the employees standing outside to acknowledge me even though I was obviously looking for someone to ask about my vehicle.

Sent my truck in for a recall notice. Work was performed. During the wait, I was solicited by a salesperson if I wanted to sell my vehicle (2023 Tacoma). I did not appreciate being solicited by text from a salesperson about selling my vehicle, specifically since I had turned my vehicle in for service. That makes me think that since my name was entered into a "system", it was free reign to solicit me as a customer. I think not. If I had been walking around the showroom, that is a different story. I'll definitely consider this dealership at the bottom of the list if I need a new vehicle or service work.
