I wish they washed my car and vacuumed it. Normally the dealerships i dealt with do that. Also prices quotes seem over excessive. I dont understand how a cost from 500 in jan 2024 went to 2k in june 2024. Rep i worked with was nice and was helpful.

I booked an appointment that required my gas tank to be less than 1/4 full, and this info was never relayed to me. I didn't even find out until 3 hours after I dropped my car off. The morning was a complete waste of my time and it all could have been avoided with communication.

The cost in the purchase price for the products marketed at the April 2024 Sales promotion to the four new Toyota’s Yokohama tires also included the to the Toyota purchase was a $100.00 Credit Card. The Toyota marketed discount merchandise card received in the United States Postal delivery was not an option because to be included in the purchase because we were to be provided with the $100.00 Credit Card. We still have not heard from Mr. Batista responding back after personally meeting him at the office inquiring the status. I am sure that Toyota will not take position to make sure the promotion is not completed with satisfaction to any of the customer directly involved and have been in contact with them for many years. Interested to see how many people have responded to want to purchase our Vehicle — nothing to be seen on completing the purchase order and the order included in the purchase agreement. Someone has already been placed in the process of purchase and payment of the legal customers name and order of the purchase used in this transaction and the transaction was completed by the buyer who actually purchased the tires for her vehicle and property ownership.
