This will be the last visit to Norm Reeves. The last visit the technician yelled through the lobby that I needed a cabin filter change. I replied no and he kept yelling through the lobby why I needed to get it done. I simply said I would take care of it my myself, which I did but it was inappropriate to be yelling through a lobby and almost making me say yes to something I could do myself. This time around I booked an appointment online for a standard 45k service, I knew what the service entailed. When I pulled up the tech said my service included an oil change. I had to clarify that it did not based on the recommended service schedule. I switched to norm reeves because moved closer to the area but will be driving to Kearney mesa for the foreseeable future.

Rosalina, was very professional and very sympathetic to my problem.
She did a lot of troubleshooting to get down to the core of the issue with my Navigating system in my new RAV4.
It took some time but together with the repair person they both were able to resolve the problem, I know Rosalina wasn’t going to give up until I was completely satisfied.

My Sienna has been having problems with the hybrid system and I do t feel safe driving my car until Toyota figures out the issue, but according to some case manager, they have to release my car because they can’t find any issue to fix. Not even 24 hours after I brought the car home it happened to me again. And this time again it broke down in the middle of the street and we had to push it back home and into the driveway.

Had a mixup on the events , the vehicle has less than 10,000 miles and the job was done for 15,000 miles check up. They said previous service was done on 10,000 miles when the vehicle was at 5000 miles on it. I have no idea what is going on with the service at this time.
