Recommend temporary signage placed at entrances to guide cars when the service line gets too long.
Recommend a better designated area for cars to be parked post-service. The recommendation to walk around the parking lot to try to locate my car post-service with no general guidance is unacceptable.

I was not given updates throughout the day. When I called, I could not wait on hold to speak to a person and was by default him up on by the phone tree. It was not communicated to me that a 9:15 am check-in for a small service meant that anyone showing up before me in the am without an appointment would bump my service later in the day. I needed to call to ask for an explanation of services suggested to better understand them and it wasn’t easy to connect with my service advisor.

The staff is very friendly and competent, and I’m always able to get my car serviced in a very quick amount of time. I do wish they had a complementary Car Wash with the service though. My other cars that I bought it other dealerships had that and it was a wonderful service.
