My car was ready, but my service advisor went to lunch without checking me out first, when I had been waiting on site for over 2 hours for the service. I finally asked another service advisor if I could check out me out so I could leave.

Everything went great except for the little communication on updates for when the car would be ready. I was told 2-3 hours. After waiting for 4.5 hours, I finally asked Richard for an update and he told me it wouldn’t be finished until end of day or the next morning. I wish someone had told me sooner. My daughters and I could have asked for a ride home. That evening, I still received no updates and messaged my Toyota Norm Reeves car sales agent you thankfully gave me an update and told me it would be ready the next day. Richard was understanding and helpful but it would help if he communicated with the customers more about status updates so we are not waiting around and unsure of when we will get our car back. Other than that, everything else went well!
