First valet person was talking to much to a guy which made him put me on two cars behind which I was there first . Second Karina the person that help me made me wait after she talk to me about the recommendation for my car when she already had my papers she just told me to sit down and will call me that the tech will take my car outside she pick up her phone from her pocket start dialing she was gonna leave but I was there watching her and she saw me so she put her phone away and went back to her desk a guy costumer went to talk to her she ask if she can help him and she did as well as another she could have told them to go to someone else or talk to her co worker to see if they can help those people while she finish with me or ask her co worker if they can help those people while she finish with me. Very unprofessional lack of ETHICS and EMPATHY I will not recommend Toyota Norm Reese to anyone specially when your tech keep telling me that there is nothing wrong with my car when we both know there is because it’s making the bad brake sound squeaky noise every time I hit the brake , they know what I’m saying because they test and drove it they just keep telling me there is nothing wrong with I just need to drive it more . I never heard such thing to any other dealer and I had many cars never had that problems unless brakes or rotors need to be change . I know a bit about cars coz I watch mechanics fix cars before and showed me how to work on it for when I need it . And then tells me I need a new batteries, new tires new windshield wipers she said I have to pay for it so I told her that I warranty she said it’s been 3 years so I have to pay so I told her never mind. Im not going to do it . That is my comment that you need to address and correct thank you.

Service was great, from the moment I drove up, I was greeted twice and a shuttle was requested for me to get back home. Service was quick and efficient. A shuttle was requested And the drive to and from the dealership was a pleasant commute. He was friendly and engaged in conversations. upon arrival the service team assisted me with keys and paperwork. In and out. Thank you for making my welcome to San Diego pleasant. Not so much an issue with the assigned service advisor but maybe more a system issue. The main issue was poor communication. This was unusual and I normally have a great experience. It’s likely because my car was towed in on Saturday for a 7:15 appointment on Monday, so different workflow. If not for my multiple attempts calling & texting throughout the day, I’m not sure my car would have been serviced yesterday. I was in the dark all day. Eventually, I got a text my car was done around 3 pm. The automated phone system is not user friendly, could not easily get ahold of advisor, had to go through appointment schedulers to talk to a person, and the texting function that was promoted was not helpful because there was no response to my two text messages. Seems like some simple opportunities to improve communication and customer experience. Thank you, Brian C

Luis and the service department were great! It's only been a week that the defective floor carpet has been replaced from my 2023 Camry so time will tell.
