I was not communicated my car was done, then called to get a ride back. Wasn't contacted so had to reach out again and was informed the person I was working with left at 4 and then I needed to get a ride back by 6:30 as the shuttle had stopped working.
When I arrived was informed that they couldn't replicate the problem, but got in the car and the problem still existed. I took two videos and can reach out again.
