I dropped off my car in the morning(10:30am), and did not receive a call when ready. I went to the dealership just before closing (6:30pm) and the car was ready to be picked up. However I did not get the call saying so, or receive a maintenance report upon pickup. The man that helped me on pickup spoke the bare minimum and did not apologize for the inconvenience nor apply the 15% off coupon as discussed.

It took them 5 HOURS to do the maintenance service on my car. What kind of maintenance are they doing? I've been to different Toyota dealership locations and this is the worst location to have your service done. Hire some more people to get the job done so your customers won't be waiting for 5 LONG HOURS.
