I have been getting our car serviced at Toyota for years. It was impossible to get an employee on the phone due to the new phone system to schedule and appointment and to discuss the repairs. In the future I may go somewhere else due to this frustration. Our representative was great in person and sympathetic to my complaint when I discussed with her.
