Between April 2024- September 2024 I’ve spent over $2000 in repeated visits to have my car serviced for issues related to a check engine light. I was also told that the issue was resolved/fixed after each earlier visit— only for the light to come back on within a day or two after having my car serviced. This was pretty much the process over the course of 6months. It appeared that “new issues” kept being found that did not previously exist nor were previously reported in the initial service checks. If I could be provided with the contact information of your legal team that would be great.

I had an appointment at 10:15. I was told to wait in line and wasn’t seen till 10:45. I was quoted a 2 hour return time for an oil change. The lobby is nice and I waited in there. I received a text at 12:00 that my car was ready and to prepay, which I did. The text said “thank you for your payment. I’ll be with you soon.” Normally, they come to the lobby and call your name. That never happened. I waited another 30 minutes before I approach another employee and asked for an update. I was told “second window to your right to see John B.” I walked over there and he wasn’t there. Computer screen was black which made me realize it was either lunch time or he hasn’t been there in awhile. The I guy asked for an update realized my confusion. He grabbed the keys and got me on my way without any direction of where my car was parked. I know you guys can do better. I booked this appointment a week an advance. Please do better.

I got my steering wheel redone. The leather on it was peeling. I asked about it last time and they said it would be $100, but it would be good as new. However this time they said it would be $250. I needed it done so I said okay because it’s going to be good as new. When I picked up the car I looked at my steering wheel and the intentions are still on the steering wheel from the peeling. All it looks like it they painted over it. That is not good as new. I feel as if I’ve been scammed. $250 is a crazy amount of money for them to just paint over the steering wheel, I could have done that myself for $20. Completely unacceptable. We were thinking of buying a new Tacoma from you guys but now we want to go to a different dealership.
